Where does Smokin Cole’s ship?
We ship to all 50 states (including Alaska and Hawaii), as well as, APO/FPO addresses.


How will I know when my order has shipped?
You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 3-5 business days of placing your order.


How do I track my package?
You can track your package 24 hours a day on USPS.com using your tracking number.


What is my USPS Tracking number and where can I find it?
Your USPS Tracking number is 20 to 22 digits and can be found in your Shipment Confirmation email from no-reply@squarespace.com.


What should I do if my package is never delivered or is delivered damage?
In the event, your package is never delivered or arrives damaged, please contact Smokin Cole’s immediately using the contact form on the website. Please include your order number in the subject line and provide as much detail as possible. Once received, Smokin Cole’s will resend a new package and provide you with a new tracking number.
